We do not support online ordering or online payment of any kind.
All transactions are conducted offline through direct negotiation between Hawton Trading and the buyer.
How Our Process Works
Step 1 — Submit Your Inquiry
Browse our product range and submit an inquiry via our Contact Us page or by emailing us directly. Please include:
- Tire size and specification
- Desired brand or price range
- Purchase quantity
- Destination country / port
- or just email us. We can introduce proper products to you.
Step 2 — Receive Your Wholesale Quote
Our team will review your inquiry and respond within 1–2 business days via email or WhatsApp with:
- Wholesale unit pricing by brand and specification
- Available stock or lead time
- Recommended shipping options (FOB, CIF, CFR)
- Estimated freight cost to your destination port
Step 3 — Confirm & Arrange Shipment
Once pricing and terms are agreed upon, we will issue a Proforma Invoice. Payment and shipment arrangements are handled directly between both parties. We coordinate with trusted freight forwarders to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
Shipping Methods
We support the following international shipping modes:
- Sea Freight (FCL / LCL) — Suitable for container-load or smaller mixed shipments
- Land Transport — Available for select regional destinations
- Air Freight — Available upon request for urgent or small-volume orders

- Other customs documents as required by destination country
